Happy Thirsty Thursday! That's right ... Ed Hardy vodka is on sale for Fall, at only $39.99. But since that's $20 off, I think it's important to remember that other notable vodkas - like Grey Goose or Belvedere, for example - still cost less than this special spirit. But obviously, the advantage here is the super cool bottle one gets with purchase. Impress your friends and make some, um, new ones with this must-have item for Fall. Ooohhh, Christian Audigier, you've done it again; I'm putting my trucker hat on as we speak ....

Neimans/Cusp Stealz for Realz!
Just when you thought it wasn't possible we found some fab fall pieces at Cusp/Neimans. And yes, all under $100. Believe it. You can find them all online at Neiman Marcus and Cusp :)
Even though goodies from Neiman Marcus are normally out of our price range, WISH was lucky enough to get to co-host an event at the couture palace's Willow Bend locale here in Dallas to chat about Fall trends. So, basically, we facilitated a lot of oohing and aaaahing over the fab glitter, bling, and brights that came down the runway.

Anyway, we loved the adorable co-hostesses - Allison Edwards of Where Wear in the City fame, Katie Anderson of Modern Eve, and Jennifer Buxton of Real Posh Mom - and NM's Chuck Steelman did a great job keeping us more or less in line. But our lingering question as we watched the parade of gorgeous frocks and such was .... Is it possible to snag haute items for under $100 in the department store's hallowed halls?
Turns out, the answer is yes! Post-party, I scoured NM online to select my top, WISH-approved picks, and I'm obsessed with what I found ....

I WISHed for an Intern: Meet Dani Gersh
Oh how I adore Cali girl and current intern, Dani Gersh! You'll be seeing lots more of her on WISH, and in case you missed her profile on DFW Style Daily, she's officially a trendsetter and style star :)
Some things to know about Ms. Gersh ... She's an SMU junior; loves all things West Coast, like the LF boutiques and Petro Zillia; is obsessed with JD's Chippery thanks to me; and since she's a crazy-talented equestrian, misses her horse most of all while away from home.
We met while shopping at Highland Park Village during Dani's college visit to check out SMU, when her sweet Mom approached me to ask (since I was in my riding gear, not-so-fresh from a trip to see my horse Jack) what barn I rode with here in Big D. Clearly, it was meant to be; thanks to the serendipity of all things equine and fashion-related.
Can't wait for you to see all of her fab Fall picks and posts, yay!
Dani hangs out beachside while at home in Cali this summer; love the shades!

Dani in a dress from LA-based LF; the cool boutique just opened it's stylish doors in Dallas' West Village, by the way!

On course with her horse; Dani is an equitation rider and all around amazing equestrian :)

OMGEEEE MISSONI !!!
Yes, yes we did go to Target on Tuesday morning when the collection launched. And by "we," I mean me and an entire crew of fashionistas and fashion writers who should've known better. Not even our always-fully-stocked "secret" Target in Tarrant County was able to hang onto the Missoni for Target pieces long enough for us to arrive, which is how we ended up in Waxahatchie. No, I'm not kidding.
And even in the middle of literally nowhere, the racks and shelves were already sparse by 10:30 a.m.; apparently, two eBay "entrepreneurs" had bought nearly $7,000 worth of the merch at open. Again, not kidding.
Clockwise from top left: sleeveless sweater dress, $54.99; suede pumps, $39.99; Familiga oblong pillow, $29.99; strappy sweater dress, $54.99; chiffon and knit sweater, $44.99; multi-color chemise dress, $29.99; zig zag beanie, $16.99; girl's purple leggings, $24.99; candles, $12.99; girl's sweater skirt, $24.99
Our haul wasn't quite as ridiculously extravagant as we'd hoped during the hour it took to get there, but still, amaze. Seriously, seriously worth the absurdity that was Target's most hyped collection since Rodarte. Mission Missoni = definite success. One last little secret … some of my favorite pieces came from the kid's department. Trust.
PS: We hear that restocking may happen on Thursday, for the Waxahatchie store anyway; will update once we contact our "source," yay! Also, the adorable dishes and cups aren't even online; see also, the presh wine holders. It's worth a store trip just for those items :)
Clockwise from top left: luggage collection, $29.99 - $199.99; balconette bra, $19.99; Familiga bedding, $99.99 - $119.99; woven black and white pj pants, $39.99; colore throw, $39.99; square pouf, $79.99; swim look, $19.99 - $34.99; bike, $399; zig-zag shorts, $39.99

I'm BAAAAAACK!!!
Well, I took an accidental Summer hiatus from the bloggy, but since my favorite shopping season of the year has finally arrived, I'm alllll over it :) Today ... a composite of random things I spotted (or in some cases purchased, duh) at Forever 21 and Macy's at Northpark this week. Forget H&M, that place panics me even more than the F21 and Urban Outfitters combined.
Top row: green dress, RACHEL by Rachel Roy, $44.99, Macy's; orange sleeved dress, Forever 21, $15.80; black cage heel, Calvin Klein, $98, Macy's; lace dress, Forever 21, $27.80. Bottom row: black trouser shorts, Forever 21, $15.80; pink open weave sweater, Kensie, $59.99, Macy's; sheer sleeved top, Bar III, $25.99, Macy's; sheer pleated top, Bar III, $44.99, Macy's.
Also, since I've been such a slacker, I've also included some pics of what I'll be buying at Zara the very second the U.S. online shop opens on Sept. 7. Enjoy!
Top row: suede shopper, $89; black patent peep toe heel, $49.90; chiffon lined knit tee, $59.90; navy and black blazer, $89.90. Bottom row: blue open weave dress, $59.90; strapless leather dres, $79.90; winter white shift dress, $89.90.
All available at Zara.
